Contribution Policy & Distribution Breakdown
Overview
The MaLaKuṬ of YaShaR’eL is committed to the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and righteous stewardship in all matters concerning the contributions of its citizens and supporters.
Every contribution made to the Nation is sacred and governed by the Covenant Laws of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.
The following policy outlines how contributions are received, managed, and distributed in alignment with divine order.
Contribution Purpose
All contributions are used exclusively for the restoration, governance, and protection of YaShaR’eL, including:
- The establishment and maintenance of national infrastructure.
- The support and oversight of the KaHaNiYM, NaBiYiYM, and governmental leadership.
- Defense, security, and prophetic preparedness (Ha’TzaBa YaHaWaH).
- Educational initiatives, including IBaRiY language, history, and covenant instruction.
- Community welfare and restoration projects.
- The development and maintenance of the IBaRiY DAO and National Treasury.
Distribution Breakdown
All contributions received are allocated according to the following national structure:

Transparency & Reporting
The MaLaKuṬ of YaShaR’eL will maintain full financial transparency by:
- Publishing Monthly Treasury Reports detailing all contributions received and distributed.
- Making all treasury reports available to registered citizens.
- Ensuring all treasury decisions are made under the oversight of the Citizen Assembly and DAO Governance once fully operational.
Security & Safeguards
All contributions are:
- Received exclusively via Crypto Wallets controlled by the MaLaKuṬ.
- Recorded and stored on-chain for public visibility and protection from Babylonian interference.
- Never used for personal enrichment, outside business, or non-covenantal purposes.

By submitting a contribution, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and understand that:
- All contributions are final and non-refundable.
- Contributions are governed by the Covenant Laws of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.
- The MaLaKuṬ of YaShaR’eL will steward your contribution in righteousness, transparency, and accountability.
