BaYITH Ha’MishPaT
(House of Law & Judgment)

Mission Statement:

The House of Law & Judgment is the righteous legal arm of the MaLaKuṮ of YaShaR’eL. It is established to uphold the Covenant of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 through divine justice, community correction, and lawful governance rooted only in the ToRaH — never in the laws of Babylon.

This house exists to maintain justice, order, and accountability within the Nation, ensuring that every matter is judged righteously, without partiality, and according to the Covenant.

All members of the Judicial House are strictly verified to be of KaHaNiYM or LewiYM descent, by genetic, historical, and spiritual confirmation.

No person outside this lineage is permitted to rule in judgment within the Nation.

Division Functions:

  • Interpreting and enforcing Covenant Law (ToRaH).
  • Resolving disputes among citizens and communities.
  • Investigating offenses and violations of the Covenant.
  • Providing correction and guidance to restore righteous order.
  • Maintaining national civil records, legal documents, and public rulings.
  • Guarding the Nation against infiltration, corruption, and injustice.

“Judges and officers shall you appoint in all your gates, which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim gives you, throughout your tribes: and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment.”
