(Dispute Resolution Policy)


1. Purpose & Scope

The Dispute Resolution Policy of the MaLaKuṬH of YaShaR’eL exists to provide a clear, righteous, and transparent process for addressing and resolving disputes among the Nation’s citizens.

All disputes submitted will be judged strictly in accordance with the Covenant Law of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄.

This policy applies to:

  • Civil disagreements between citizens
  • Property disputes
  • Covenant violations
  • Community offenses
  • Any matter submitted for righteous judgment

2. Eligibility

Only verified citizens of the MaLaKuṬH of YaShaR’eL may submit a dispute for resolution.
Anonymous, external, or slanderous submissions will not be accepted.

The Judicial House reserves the right to reject cases that:

  • Lack evidence
  • Are rooted in slander, gossip, or falsehood
  • Do not pertain to civil or covenant matters

3. Submission Process

All dispute submissions must:

  1. Be submitted through the official Dispute Resolution Portal.
  2. Include full details of the parties involved.
  3. Contain clear and factual information, free from slander or exaggeration.
  4. Provide supporting evidence and documents.
  5. Declare any previous attempts to resolve the matter peacefully.

False submissions will result in disciplinary action according to Covenant Law.


4. Investigation & Judgment Process

Upon receipt of a valid submission:

  1. Initial Review: The Judicial Officers will verify the citizenship and eligibility of the parties.
  2. Investigation: Evidence will be gathered, parties may be interviewed, and witnesses may be called.
  3. Judgment: A righteous and impartial judgment will be rendered according to Covenant Law.
  4. Record: All rulings will be documented in the Public Rulings Archive for transparency.
  5. Enforcement: The decision is binding and must be honored by all parties.

5. Accountability & Compliance

All parties involved in the dispute must:

  • Accept the judgment rendered.
  • Comply with any instructions, restitution, or corrective actions ordered.
  • Uphold the integrity of the Covenant throughout the process.

Refusal to comply will result in disciplinary action, which may include:

  • Temporary or permanent removal from community functions
  • Public correction
  • Revocation of citizen privileges

6. Declaration of Agreement

By submitting a dispute, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Accept the judgment rendered without retaliation
  • Uphold the peace and order of the Nation
  • Submit to the governance of the MaLaKuṬH and the Covenant of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄

7. Spiritual Mandate

This policy is rooted in the eternal command:
