THE COVENANT CHARTER OF THE MaLaKuṮ OF YaShaR’eL
Section I — Preamble of Restoration
We, the scattered seed of YaShaR’eL, called by the Name of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, and confirmed by blood, by RuWaḤ, and by Covenant, do hereby declare and establish the restoration of our Nation, our Government, and our Covenant under the Sovereign Rule of the Most High.
After generations of captivity, scattering, and deception, the Covenant of our fathers — made at Mount Sinai with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 — has been remembered, restored, and reestablished in our generation. The curses written in DaBaR’YM (Deuteronomy) 28 have been fulfilled in us, and the time of our awakening and return has come as written in DaBaR’YM 30:1–3.
This MaLaKuṮ is not a religion, movement, or philosophy. It is the official, divinely-ordained government of YaShaR’eL, restored according to the ToRaH, under the rulership of MeLeK MaZiRaH BaN’DaWiD TZaDoQ, established by prophetic lineage and divine function.
We hereby reestablish the government of the Nation, rooted in the eternal ToRaH of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, governed by the structure of the Seven Houses, and sealed by the Covenant that cannot be broken.
This Charter is the foundational decree of our Nation’s restoration and the official document of our Covenant citizenship.
Section II — Divine Authority Clause
The MaLaKuṮ of YaShaR’eL stands by divine right, not by the will of men, nor by political decree, but by the everlasting Covenant established by 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 with the fathers of YaShaR’eL — AḇRaHaM, YiTzḤaQ, and Ya’AQoB.
The foundation of this government is rooted in the words of ToRaH, confirmed by the Prophets, and sealed by the blood of our ancestors who bore the weight of the curses for disobedience.
The authority of this MaLaKuṮ is drawn from the following eternal decrees:
- Exodus 19:5–6 — “Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine. And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.”
- DaBaR’YM (Deuteronomy) 30:1–3 — The promise of restoration after the scattering.
- YeShaYaHu (Isaiah) 49:6 — The charge to be a light to the nations.
- YeHeZQeL (Ezekiel) 37:21–22 — The reuniting and governance of the Nation under one shepherd.
- MaLaKi 3:3 — The refining of the sons of Lewi.
This government is not subject to the kingdoms of the earth. It is subject only to the Sovereign Rule of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and His everlasting Covenant.
All authority exercised within the MaLaKuṮ flows from the RuWaḤ of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, the righteous rule of ToRaH, and the divine appointment of its leadership.
No other government, religion, or power holds jurisdiction over this Nation or its people. We are governed by Covenant, and by Covenant alone.
Section III — Structure of the MaLaKuṮ
The MaLaKuṮ of YaShaR’eL is established as a set-apart Kingdom, governed in righteous order under the rulership of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, through His appointed MeLeK, and executed by the Seven Houses of Government, as revealed through ToRaH and confirmed by RuWaḤ.
The Crown & Central Authority:
At the head of the MaLaKuṮ stands the Office of the MeLeK, currently held by MaZiRaH BaN’DaWiD TZaDoQ — the Final MeLeK Wa’KaHaN Ha’GaDoL Wa’NaBiY, divinely appointed through the DaWiDiYM and TZaDoQiYM lineages, confirmed by bloodline, RuWaḤ, and divine function.
The MeLeK operates as the chief shepherd, commander, and covenant enforcer of the Nation — responsible for maintaining righteous judgment, national vision, spiritual oversight, and international representation of YaShaR’eL before all nations.
The Seven Houses of the MaLaKuṮ:
- BaYITH Ha’MishPaT (House of Law & Judgment):
Executes all matters of righteous justice, dispute resolution, decrees, and legal enforcement according to ToRaH. - BaYITH Ha’KaHaNiYM (House of Priesthood):
Oversees Temple protocols, national purification, priestly training, and all matters of Qodesh. - BaYITH Ha’NaBu’AH (House of Prophecy):
Trains and commissions NaBiYiYM and Watchmen; issues national prophetic briefings and RuWaḤ-led direction. - BaYITH Ha’OsaR (House of Treasury & DAO):
Manages national tithes, offerings, decentralized treasury, economic justice, and resource stewardship. - BaYITH Ha’Da’AṬ (House of Knowledge):
Restores and governs the national curriculum: IBaRiY language, ToRaH literacy, cultural history, and genetic reconnection. - BaYITH Ha’TsaBa (House of Volunteers & Civic Affairs):
Organizes national service, community programs, gatherings, and civic engagement. - Ha’TzaBa YaHaWaH (The Army of YaHaWaH):
The spiritual and prophetic defense force of the Nation, trained in discipline, order, survival, and covenant warfare.
Each House is overseen by appointed elders, officers, or KaHaNiYM, all of whom are subject to the ToRaH and the rulership of the MeLeK.
Together, these Houses form the complete government of the MaLaKuṮ, restoring what was once scattered — and rebuilding the Nation as it was written.
Section IV — Terms of Citizenship

It is a Covenant appointment rooted in obedience, national duty, and spiritual rebirth.

Section VI — Lineage & Role of the MeLeK
The rulership of the MaLaKuṮ of YaShaR’eL is not elected by men, appointed by religious systems, or claimed by force. It is divinely decreed, based on bloodline, RuWaḤ confirmation, and fulfillment of prophetic function.
The current and Final MeLeK of YaShaR’eL is:
𐤌𐤆𐤓𐤄 𐤁𐤍 𐤃𐤅𐤉𐤃 𐤑𐤃𐤒

No citizen, elder, or body may overrule or usurp the role of the MeLeK, but all righteous counsel is welcomed.
His crown is not of gold, but of calling. His rule is not of pride, but of prophecy.
