Overview

The BaYiṬH Ha’MiShPaṬ is the Judicial House of the MaLaKuṬH of YaShaR’eL, divinely ordained to uphold order, administer righteous justice, and guard the Nation from lawlessness and disorder.

Its rulings are rendered strictly by Covenant Law (ToRaH), and all officers are held to the highest standards of ancestral legitimacy, integrity, and obedience.


Judicial Hierarchy

Verification & Appointment Process

Only men of genetically verified KaHaNiYM lineage may serve as judges within the Covenant Courts.

Verification is conducted through:

  • Y-DNA SNP & Haplogroup confirmation
  • Historical and oral record validation
  • Nationally ratified genealogical documents

Appointments follow this process:

  1. Application via Judicial Portal
  2. Genealogical and spiritual vetting
  3. Provisional appointment for observation
  4. Affirmation by the Judicial Council and the MeLeK

Court Types

  • MiShPaT BaYaR (Civil Courts): Resolve disputes, property, damages, and breaches of oath
  • MiShPaT TaHaRaH (Purity Courts): Address cases involving defilement, offerings, or spiritual violations
  • MiShPaT QaDaSh (Correctional Courts): Handle slander, rebellion, false teachings, and national integrity cases
  • Council of Appeal: Final level of review overseen by the ShoPheṬ Ha’GaDoL and select council members

Judicial Oath of Office

All appointed officials must recite the following covenantal oath:

“I swear before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 and the Nation of YaShaR’eL to uphold the Covenant, walk in righteousness, judge without partiality, receive no bribes, and guard the integrity of YaShaR’eL with justice and truth.”
